Datasheet says it prints "cards". Extracted data files from the Web Pack includes 4x6 Index Card and 5x8 Index Card and other bits that appear to indicate the printer can print on the "card" Media type. Specification sheet is one of the "new style" documents -- I find these harder to read. I cannot definitively answer that question.
The 3x5 inch size might be just "under" the minimum indicated in the Datasheet -- or it might be OK. Left-Click Print Server properties.
